The stylish kitchen with high ceilings and original features flows through to the living room, all flooded with natural light through large sash windows. Downstairs, underfloor heated, gorgeous Pennant flagstone flooring runs throughout. Here you will find three stunning bedrooms, one with an En-Suite and a family bathroom, all rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with their unique style character.
Living Room
The stunning open living space is the epitome of Georgian elegance with high reaching ceilings, shutters, large sash windows and plentiful original features, making this the perfect space to entertain. Drawing inspiration from a chic members club, this room effortlessly combines traditional furniture with glamorous lighting, large scale mirrors and sumptuous soft furnishings. There is a dining table for six and comfy seating around the ornate open fire, creating the perfect space for everyone to come together and relax with a glass of something special in hand.
Kitchen
From the sitting room, double doors lead into the light-filled kitchen the overlooks the pretty courtyard garden. High ceilings and original features blend beautifully with modern, elegant touches - such as the statement pendant lights and dramatic marble feature wall. Chefs will love the six-ring gas hob with double oven, while coffee lovers will enjoy the Miele bean to cup coffee machine. We just love the central island with reclaimed stools, making this the heart of the home and a sociable space to entertain whilst cooking.
Courtyard Garden
You enter the apartment on the ground floor where you are welcomed by gorgeous French Doors leading onto the walled courtyard with olive trees and an al fresco dining area. Stone walls on either side give the courtyard a special ambience that comes to life at night with candles and fairy lights. Having such a large outdoor space in central Bath is a rare find, it’s the perfect space for pre-dinner drinks and outdoor entertaining.
The Abbey Room, En-Suite
There are three gorgeous double bedrooms to choose from, all situated on the lower ground floor and with cosy underfloor heating throughout. Each has is own unique character and style.
The Master En-Suite bedroom is stunning with a wrought iron, super king-sized bed, beautiful wood-panelled walls, dressing table, stone floors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a honey-hued Bath stone wall. The En-Suite Wet Room, with rainfall shower and exquisite marble tiled flooring, is a gorgeous space for wake-me-up ablutions or pampering yourself at night.
The French Room
The French Room has dramatically dark walls that contrast with the stunning original Bath Sandstone feature fireplace. Sink into the French Style, super king-sized bed, swathed in Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Pennant stone, underfloor heated flooring gives texture and warmth, adding to the character of this gorgeous room. There is a dressing area and large dressing table which can also be used as a desk, next to the large original Sash window.
Family Bathroom
The Family Bathroom is a glorious space, with a Cast Iron Roll Top Bath, Rainfall Shower and stunning marble tiles throughout. The glamorous lighting can be set on low dimmers so you can have a relaxing soak in the Bath to relax or revive. Both the bathroom and the En-Suite have heated rails to ensure towels are kept warm and fluffy and underfloor heating to ensure your toes are toasty.
The Vault Room
The third bedroom is a wonderfully quiet space, in a historic Vault which are integral to the design of many 18th and 19th century townhouses in Bath, making this a truly unique place to sleep at night. This has a super king-sized bed which is a zip-and-link bed, meaning it can be made up as a double or two single beds. This room also has its own vanity sink and wash area and beautifully curated, eclectic furniture. The dressing table overlooks a courtyard letting in natural light through the greenery.
